We are a global community of professionals committed to enhancing safety, wellbeing, and inclusion around the world. We support interdisciplinary teams that are responsible for managing diverse behaviours and situations of concern. Interdisciplinary teams may focus on specific behaviours or situations of concern (e.g., Threat Assessment Teams, Suicide Prevention Teams) or broad behaviours or situations of concern (e.g., Behavioural Intervention Teams, Emergency Reponses Teams) and are embedded in diverse cultures, contexts and environments. If you are part of an interdisciplinary team navigating complex challenges, we are here to support you, and we are here to grow together.

We serve as an information exchange and resource center for interdisciplinary teams focusing on diverse behaviours and situations of concern, including those focusing on violence to others, violence to self, emotional distress, misconduct problems, reputational harm, and discrimination. We do this by sharing documents, providing webinars, hosting events, disseminating news, and building a collaborative directory that engages members in sharing knowledge on team goals, structures, processes, operations, and outcomes—focussing on both challenging issues and promising practices.
